Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and 2ggame ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"). 2ggame operates the online sports betting and casino information platform accessible at https://2ggame.cam (the "Platform" or the "Site").

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or otherwise using any service made available through 2ggame, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms are written in English and are the controlling version. 2ggame targets English-speaking users in Pakistan and internationally. All communications, support interactions and promotional materials are conducted in English, with Urdu assistance available on request via live chat.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, deposit match amounts or other incentive-based credits added to your Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your Account using an accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform prior to withdrawal or as otherwise required.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary facility by which a User may restrict their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's own operating policies.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other outcome available through the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, trade names, software, content, designs and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to 2ggame.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 2ggame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws applicable to you in your location. The Platform is strictly for adults.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have an active self-exclusion in place with the Platform or any connected gambling operator.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 2ggame or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at any point when requested by the Platform as part of KYC verification.
7. You must not hold more than one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing all required information truthfully and accurately. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential at all times. You must not share your Account with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

You must notify 2ggame immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your credentials have been compromised. 2ggame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Each individual may register only one Account. If multiple Accounts are detected for the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method or any other identifier — all such Accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with your Account — including your email address — remains current. 2ggame communicates important notices, KYC requests and security alerts via the email address on file.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your Account must be made through the payment methods accepted by the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability may vary by jurisdiction. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform references familiar local payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. Reference to these providers does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that any such provider supports or facilitates gambling transactions. Users must satisfy themselves as to the availability of any payment method in their location.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change. All amounts are denominated in the currency applicable to your Account. Where amounts are referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee), these are indicative illustrations only and actual available amounts are governed by the Platform's current published limits.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed to the Platform's satisfaction. The Platform reserves the right to apply additional verification steps prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. 2ggame accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks or financial institutions.

Deposits made in error — for example, a transfer to an incorrect account — should be reported immediately. 2ggame will use reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to any specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. Specific rules for individual markets — including cricket, PSL/T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports — are published within the Platform's rules section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

A wager is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform's systems and a confirmation reference number is issued to you. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where:

• The wager was placed using erroneous odds published due to a technical error or manifest mistake;
• The wager would exceed the Platform's liability limit for a given market;
• The Platform reasonably suspects that the wager forms part of a pattern of arbitrage, bonus abuse or other prohibited activity;
• Insufficient funds were available in your Account at the time the wager was placed.

In the event a wager is voided after settlement, the stake amount will be returned to your Account. The Platform's settlement decisions in respect of sporting events and casino outcomes are final, subject only to any formal dispute process set out herein.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 2ggame may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback arrangements or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages and expiry periods.

General principles applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only eligible real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Where an Account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are used first unless the specific bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are offered to one Account per individual, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity.
• The Platform reserves the right to withhold, adjust or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms is identified.
• Bonus offers are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice. Active bonus claims will not be affected by retrospective changes.

All wagering requirement figures and bonus values published on the Platform are denominated in the currency of the relevant Account. For illustrative purposes, a PKR 1,000 deposit match bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal could be processed. Specific bonus pages will always carry the definitive applicable figures.

Responsible Gambling

2ggame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. Users are strongly encouraged to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools, which include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts at intervals you choose to keep track of how long you have been playing;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net position;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily restrict your own access for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including registration and KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or automated systems to place wagers, exploit odds or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the Platform's systems;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting schemes or coordinated activity intended to circumvent the Platform's rules;
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim promotional offers;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity;
• Collusion with other users to fix outcomes or manipulate markets;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 2ggame Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts and data compilations — is the property of 2ggame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 2ggame.

The 2ggame name, logo and all related marks, product names and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Platform operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, trade name or logo of 2ggame without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2ggame, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2ggame makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

2ggame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended Account inactivity (as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account (after deducting any applicable fees and subject to completion of KYC) will be returned to you via an accepted payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Accounts closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms may result in permanent ban from the Platform. Any outstanding withdrawals may be frozen pending investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2ggame holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licence jurisdiction are available upon written request to the support team.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions. The Platform does not provide legal advice and users must seek independent legal guidance if they are uncertain about their obligations under Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the licence jurisdiction, as applicable.

Amendments

2ggame reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2ggame recommends checking this page each time you log in to your Account to ensure you are aware of the current version.
